Forum Rules:
1. No profanity.
2. Keep it HTMl/CSS/XML/Perl, etc., related.
3. No links to pornography, violence, derogatory sites, etc.
4. Unless necessary to demonstrate a code, no pictures (too many pictures would slow down the forum and the server, as well as use up a lot of bandwidth). Smilies are okay.
5. No spamming other members/posters on the forum, or sending them viscious posts or emails.

Punishments:
1. 1 indiscretion - A warning.
2. 2 indiscretions - A temporary ban from the forum (time of temporary band depends on the seriousness of the case - a day or two to a few weeks, depending).
3. 3 indiscretions - A permanent ban from the forum.
4. Note: in some cases, 1 and 2 are skipped, or 2 is skipped, and 3 is immediately used.
